Wrapper for the R package dbarts (on CRAN).

Model fitting

bart(x_train, y_train[, x_test, sigest, ...])	Fit BART to continuous or binary outcomes (matrix interface).
bart2(formula[, data, test, subset, ...])	Fit BART to continuous or binary outcomes (formula interface).
rbart_vi(formula[, data, test, subset, ...])	Fit BART with additive group random intercepts.

Low-level sampler

dbarts(formula[, data, test, subset, ...])	Create a low-level dbarts sampler.
dbartsControl(*[, verbose, ...])	Configure a dbarts sampler.
dbartsData(formula[, data, test, subset, ...])	Bundle the data of a dbarts sampler.
updatePredictorPerObservationJointly(...[, ...])	Jointly update a shared predictor column, one observation at a time.
